QUESTION POSED ON: 09 August 2006
With Exchange System Manager (Exchange 2003 SP1), the logons directory is under Mail Store. I have a user with a large number of HTTP logons that he did not log off of. Is there a way to disconnect these logons?

EXPERT RESPONSE
Typically, this shouldn't cause any issues. The only way that I am aware of to clear this list is to recycle the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service … not something I'd recommend in production. So unless you're having specific issues, don't do anything. If you have issues, please write back with specifics.
