EXPERT RESPONSE
When this IMAP list command problem occurs, double-check the following:
- Make sure you're not just logging onto the Exchange public folders anonymously.
- Try to refresh the folders list.
- Make sure you are subscribing to all public folders.
If that doesn't yield any results, please have a look through the application event log on the Exchange server for errors or warnings from MSExchangeIS Public. You may want to consider turning up diagnostics logging and then sending an IMAP list command. You should then review the application event log for any unusual entries.
